§ 26. Capital improvement fund created: how funded.

Any amounts of revenue deriving from legally authorized sources in excess of the amounts otherwise allowed under Article X, Section 20 of the Constitution shall be retained and expended annually by the City of Cortez, for the purpose of creating a capital improvement fund to develop sidewalks, recreational facilities, public parking, and other capital improvements.
