§ 18B-7. Juvenile warrant.
(a)
Any arrest warrant issued by the municipal court for a child shall bear a conspicuous notation that the arrestee is a child and the provisions of the applicable state statutes must be observed in the execution of the warrant.
(b)
Whenever a child is arrested, the arresting officer shall notify the parent(s) without unnecessary delay. Such notification may be made to a person with whom the child is residing if the parent, guardian or legal custodian cannot be located.
